The Case Study Interview
Case studies. A lot of consultancies employ these to assess candidates on their ability to approach and solve problems logically in a methodical manner. Furthermore, it tests a candidate’s business acumen and commercial awareness.
Although mainly for strategy consulting roles, some firms employ watered down versions as part of the assessment centre.
